It has a null slug and is rendered when you browse to the site root.
It appears on its own at the top of the sitemap.
It's never clear what goes in 'Home' and what goes in 'About'
The file consists of just this text bracketed by <Layout>...</Layout> and a <style> block for code. This affects only <code> tags on this page through Astro's scoping mechanism.
